For more than five decades, Ambrosia has captivated audiences with its distinctive blend of progressive rock, pop, soul, rhythm and blues, and classical influences. The five-time Grammy-nominated band continues to bring its unmistakable sound and impressive musicianship to audiences around the world.

Formed in Southern California in 1970, Ambrosia quickly established a sound all its own. The band earned widespread acclaim, extensive radio airplay, sold-out concerts, and five Top 40 singles, including the timeless hits “How Much I Feel” and “Biggest Part of Me.”

Throughout its career, Ambrosia has worked with and alongside an extraordinary range of artists and cultural icons, including Leonard Bernstein, Alan Parsons, Michael McDonald, Bruce Hornsby, Edgar Winter, Dave Mason, Gary Wright, Al Stewart, and Kurt Vonnegut Jr. The band has also toured extensively with acts such as Fleetwood Mac, Heart, and The Doobie Brothers.

Today, founding members Joe Puerta and Burleigh Drummond carry Ambrosia’s legacy forward alongside longtime guitarist and vocalist Doug Jackson, keyboardist and vocalist Mary Harris, and multi-instrumentalist and co-lead vocalist Shem von Schroeck, whose credits include Toto, Christopher Cross, and Kenny Loggins.

While embracing the renewed popularity of its music through the Yacht Rock movement, Ambrosia remains much more than a nostalgia act. The band continues to deliver outstanding live performances that combine beloved classics with the musical depth, versatility, and energy that have defined Ambrosia since the beginning.
